Correspondence, draft articles, notes, etc. from the planning of the 1974 special edition of the Bethel Oxford County Citizen, which was published in observance of the bicentennial of the first settlement of Bethel. Most of the correspondence is with Catherine Newell who was the coordinator of the special edition.
