Senior (individual over 55 years)

Sustaining (individual) - $15
Contributing (individual) - $25
Patron (individual) - $35
Benefactor (individual) - $45
Life over 55 years (individual) - $150
Life over 55 years (couple) - $250
Life 55 and under (individual) - $250
Life 55 and under (couple) - $350
Individual Preference - any amount over $15
Corporate/Business - $50
To become a member of the Society,
please print your mailing address, phone number (optional) and e-mail
address (optional) on the form below, and mail with your check or money
order to the Bethel
Historical Society, P.O. Box 12, Bethel, Maine 04217-0012.
We regret we cannot accept credit card payments for membership at this
